You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. After 3 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll share the return address and next steps.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days through your original payment method or bank transfer.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you received a faulty or wrong item, we’ll gladly replace it with a new one at no extra cost.
If the mistake is on our side (wrong or faulty item), we cover the return shipping.
If the return is due to customer error (wrong product ordered, change of mind), you will bear the return shipping cost.
To avoid any issues, please unbox your parcel in front of the delivery person if possible and check for damages or mismatched items.
